Basic Terms

• If you do not agree, you should decline this Agreement and immediately stop using the Service. Access to the Service is permitted only to those that fully agree with the Terms and Conditions Agreement.
• In order to use certain features of the Website, you must register for an account. You must provide your legal full name, a valid email address, and any other information requested in order to complete the signup process. You also agree that You will ensure that this information is kept accurate and up-to-date at all times

Fees, Payments and Refund

• Eduapps may now, or in the future, charge fees for access to and use of the Website, or certain features thereof (“Fees”). You agree to pay all Fees and charges specified for such features and contents. All Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (e.g. sales, use, or value-added tax), unless otherwise stated, and you are solely responsible for the payment of any such taxes that may be imposed on your use of the Website. EduApps reserves the right to change pricing at any time without prior notice.
• All transaction will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). We accept Credit Card Payment. You authorize the credit card you designate to pay any amounts described herein and authorize Eduapps, or any other company that acts as a billing agent for Eduapps, to continue to attempt to charge all sums described herein to your credit card until such Fees are paid in full. You agree to provide Eduapps updated information regarding your credit card upon Eduapps request, and any time the information earlier provided is no longer valid. If payment is not received by Eduapps from your credit card issuer, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by Eduapps.
• You can also use Bank Transfer (Bank Wire Transfer) payment method. Bank transfer is commonly used by customers who do not have a credit card, or do not want to use it to complete a payment through the internet or mail. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Republic Indonesia. If there is a dispute between you and Assessment Alert that results in litigation then you must submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Republic Indonesia.
